Hi
Is there any “simple” automation/scene for Jeedom?
I’m used to my VeraPlus, but find Jeedom a lot better for 99% of my daily tasks except scenes/automation
On Vera, it’s just click and done, select the trigger (ex when this button is on) , what to do and then save.
I find the Jeedom approach a lot more difficult.
So can anyone point me in the right direction?

Re: Simple automation
Hey
In Jeedom you have multiple ways of automating things based on triggers.
Typically a trigger is an event such as a value changing (from a sensor) or a time event (programmed). I can think of two simple approaches for a start:
1/ for a given "command" (in Jeedom a command can be of type info or action), go to the advanced settings and you can add actions or launch scenarii based on a condition. Simple and quick.
2/ create a scenario based on a specific trigger (programmed, event, etc) with advanced capabilities
Cheers

I love the simplicity about the scenes/automation in Vera, that even my wife can make new scene without my intervention
Now that the rest of Jeedom is so simple to use, it could be nice that the scenes were simple as well

Re: Simple automation
I guess the power, openness and flexibility of Jeedom comes at a price
Nice challenge for the developpers.
They just balloted a customer feedback form. You should fill it in
