Pb de dépendances

J'ai une nouvelle install jeedom sur debian via proxmox et pb avec le plugin camera, impossible d'installer les dépendances:

J'ai bien ceci sur ma debian:
php7.3-gd is already the newest version (7.3.4-2).
php7.3-gd set to manually installed.

Bonjour,

Soit il faut passer en Beta si ce plugin existe en version beta et donc compatible PHP7.3 ou plus exactement, Debian BUSTER.
Soit, vous refaites votre installation complète en installant cette fois-ci, Debian 9.9.
- C'est, actuellement, la version supporté pour Jeedom.

J'ai le même problème, les dépendances restent NOK même après réinstallation du pluging.
Comme demandé dans la doc j'ai fait ceci :

Les dépendances n’arrivents pas à s’installer ?
En ssh ou dans administration -> OS/DB -> Système faire : dpkg –configure -a

j'ai donc fait la commande : dpkg –configure -a dans configuration OS/DB puis système, mais le résultat est le suivant :

dpkg: error: need an action option

Type dpkg --help for help about installing and deinstalling packages [*];
Use 'apt' or 'aptitude' for user-friendly package management;
Type dpkg -Dhelp for a list of dpkg debug flag values;

Bonjour,

Vous êtes sur une Debian qui n'est plus supportée par Jeedom,
- Il faut passer votre installation de Jessie (actuelle) à Strech (cible).

L'explication est que, petit à petit, les dépôts de binaires sur la plateforme Jessie sont vident et / ou plus à jour.
- Il faut donc passer sur la version "supportée" de l'OS pour y retrouver les dépôts réclamés pas les dépendances des plugins.

Le reste de mon installation risque t'elle de ne plus être fonctionnelle ? pourquoi si Jessy n'est plus supporté par Jeedom une Maj ne règle pas le problème ?

Bonjour,

Jessie est en fin de vie, c'est comme utiliser Windows 7 maintenant. C'est pas Jeedom qui supprime les packages des dépendances mais les développeurs, pour ne pas avoir à maintenir des versions obsolètes.

Dans la documentation de Jeedom, il y a une procédure qui explique comment migrer la Smart de Jessie vers Strech.
Il faut externaliser votre dernière sauvegarde par précaution.

Vous trouverez sur ce forum, plusieurs retour d'expériences de cette migration, souvent de type "pas à pas".
