Je suis sur la v4 de Jeedom et aussi sous Debian Buster. Je me suis aperçu que l'enregistrement de vidéo ne fonctionnait plus avec mes caméras. Je me suis un peu penché sur la question et j'ai vu que libav-tools n'est plus disponible sous Buster (remplacé par ffmeg). Du coup la commande avconv n'existe plus.
On le voit d'ailleurs dans les logs d'install des dépendances :
